- Bases Will be belt ground flat from edge to edge to ensure the correct base angle and remove any dirt and debris stuck in the base.
- Our Wintersteiger machine will be used to grind a specific pattern into the base for the best possible glide.
- Edges will be ceramic disc polished to standard angles (88°/1°) custom angle can be done on request.
- Bases are then waxed using a universal temperature wax and our Infrared waxer, they are then brushed clean.
